How do I change or cancel a reservation at the Retreat?
There are two options to change or cancel a reservation at Retreat Hotel
- Visiting: Retreat hotel reservation page
- Individuals: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Groups: email@example.com
i) Individual reservations
To avoid penalty, cancellations or changes must be made by 6:00 p.m., local time, 10 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes received within 10 days of check-in are non-refundable. The same applies to no-shows.
No-shows will be charged to the client or credit card guaranteeing the reservation.
For bookings of 4 rooms or more, group conditions apply.
ii) Group reservations
All cancellations should be made in writing to the Retreat reservation department with an email to the respective account manager or to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the booking number as reference. For bookings cancelled with less than the above mentioned notice, please note that the full price of the original booking will be charged.
