How do I change or cancel a Silica hotel reservation?

There are two options to change or cancel a reservation at Silica Hotel

Cancellation and booking modifications

You may cancel or modify your booking up to 10 days prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations or changes received within 10 days of check-in are non refundable.
You may cancel or modify your reservation directly on our website here. Alternatively, you can also send your cancellation request to silicahotel@bluelagoon.com.

For reservations of 4 rooms or more, group conditions apply. Please contact our sales department for more details at silica@bluelagoon.com.
